This flyer was designed for Joni Butterworth - a fabulous North Georgia Keller Williams Realtor. She had a specialty Equestrian property that she wished to market in a unique way. I used Corel Draw to create it.

In addition, it was also placed in the local newspaper real estate section, which attracted many new prospects and received many compliments on it's originality.

HNV, Inc. is a Florida Technological start-up company. I was asked to create the company logo, stationary, business cards, company documents, and brochures, etc. Adobe Illustrator was the program I selected to create these items since they will be easily converted to web appropriate items for their website when it is completed.

The Windsor Woods newsletter is the result of a request to design an informal newsletter for a local North Georgia subdivision. Corel Draw & PhotoPaint were used to put all the components together. This concept has also become an excellent marketing tool for local realtors which wish to increase their exposure within certain areas.
